DISTANCE SALE AGREEMENT

BUYER accepts the obligation to pay the product price and any additional fees upon order confirmation.

 

2. DEFINITIONS

 

In this agreement;

 

Law: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer,

Regulation: Regulation on Distance Contracts,

Goods: Movable items subject to the purchase,

Seller: Party offering products within the scope of commercial activity,

Buyer: Person who purchases the product for non-commercial purposes.

 

3. SUBJECT

 

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER through the website www.kidspaperie.com

 and similar channels such as Instagram and WhatsApp.

 

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

Type, nature, quantity, sales price, and payment details of the products are specified at the time of order.

 

All prices are sales prices including VAT.

 

5. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

 

Buyer may make payment with the following methods:

 

Credit card (Garanti Bank Virtual POS)

Wire transfer / EFT

 

Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days.

Shipping company: Yurtiçi Kargo

 

Shipping is free for orders over 799 TRY.

 

6. INVOICE

 

An e-archive invoice is issued for orders and sent to the buyer electronically.

 

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

BUYER declares that they have read and accepted the basic features, price, and delivery information of the product.

 

SELLER is responsible for delivering the product complete and in accordance with the order.

 

Delivery time may be extended in cases of force majeure.

 

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

If the distance contract pertains to the sale of goods, the BUYER has the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product.

 

Withdrawal notification must be sent to the SELLER via email within this period in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

 

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal:

 

The product must be returned completely with its original packaging

It must be sent along with the invoice

 

SELLER shall refund the amount within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and take back the product within 20 days.

 

9. PRODUCTS WITHOUT RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

 

Custom-made products

Products prepared according to measurements

Products that cannot be resold

 

Also, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose packaging has been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.

 

10. RETURN CONDITIONS

 

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

 

If the product is damaged

If the product was sent incomplete or defective

 

In these cases, shipping costs are borne by the SELLER.

 

Returns due to the BUYER’s fault are not accepted.

 

11. DEFAULT

 

If the BUYER pays by credit card and defaults, they accept that the terms of the contract with the bank will apply.

 

12. COMPETENT COURT

 

Consumer Arbitration Boards and consumer courts at the BUYER’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction over disputes.

 

13. EFFECTIVITY

 

When the BUYER makes an order through the site, they are deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
