GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PERSONAL DATA LAW
The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as KVKK) was adopted on March 24, 2016, and published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 dated April 7, 2016. Some parts of the KVKK came into effect on the publication date, and other parts on October 7, 2016.
INFORMATION AS THE DATA CONTROLLER
Pursuant to KVKK No. 6698 and in the capacity of Data Controller, your personal data will be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed/transferred to third parties in cases permitted by law, classified, and processed by us in the manners listed in KVKK, as explained on this page.
HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA MAY BE PROCESSED
Under KVKK No. 6698, the personal data you share with our Company may be partially or fully obtained automatically or non-automatically as part of any data recording system, recorded, stored, modified, rearranged—in short, subjected to any processing operation on data—by us. Any processing performed on data within the scope of KVKK is regarded as “processing of personal data.”
PURPOSES AND LEGAL REASONS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The personal data you share are processed; to properly fulfill the requirements of the services we provide to our Customers, to conduct the contract and technology compliance, and to improve our products and services;
In order to register identity, address and other necessary information for identifying the data subject within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, and the Regulation on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Commerce published in the Official Gazette No. 29457 dated August 26, 2015, the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette No. 29188 dated November 27, 2014, and other relevant legislation;
To arrange all records and documents supporting transactions in the fields of Banking and Electronic Payment, which are mandatory for payment systems, electronic contracts or paper-based transactions; to comply with information retention, reporting, and notification obligations required by legislation and other authorities;
To provide information to public prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officers upon request and as required by law in matters concerning public safety and legal disputes;

Information about third parties or organizations your data may be transferred to: For the above-stated purposes, the persons/entities your personal data shared with our Company may be transferred to include primarily IdeaSoft Yazılım San. ve Tic. A.Ş., which provides the e-commerce infrastructure for our Company, suppliers, cargo companies and other persons and entities related to the services offered, service partners acting as Data Processors and collaborators we cooperate with, domestic/foreign organizations and other third parties.
METHOD OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data, is collected through forms on our Company’s website and mobile applications such as name, surname, Turkish ID number, address, phone, business or private email address; preferences on pages accessed via username and password, IP logs of performed actions, cookie data collected by the browser, browsing durations and details, location data;
Through our sales and marketing staff, branches, suppliers, other sales channels, paper-based forms, business cards, digital marketing, and call center channels verbally, in writing or electronically;
From individuals sharing personal data such as business relations, job applications, or offers with our Company through business cards, CVs, proposals and other means, physically or virtually, face-to-face or remotely, verbally or in writing or electronically;
Additionally, data obtained indirectly from various channels such as websites, blogs, contests, surveys, games, campaigns, (micro) websites and social media used for these purposes; data from e-newsletter reads or clicks; data provided by publicly available databases; publicly shared profiles and data from social media platforms can be processed and collected.
YOUR PERSONAL DATA OBTAINED BEFORE KVKK CAME INTO FORCE
Personal data lawfully obtained before the effective date of KVKK on April 7, 2016, such as memberships, electronic communication authorizations, product/service purchases and other means, are also processed and retained in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in this document.
Transfer of your personal data abroad
Your personal data collected by any of the above methods and processed in Turkey, or processed abroad to be stored outside Turkey, will also be transferred to service providers abroad (to countries accredited by the Personal Data Protection Board and where sufficient protection of personal data is ensured), provided they remain within the scope of KVKK and conform to the contract purposes.
STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be stored confidentially in the database and systems owned by our Company in accordance with Article 12 of KVKK; it will not be shared with third parties except legal obligations and the provisions in this document. Our Company is responsible, pursuant to Article 12 of KVKK, to prevent unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unauthorized access, implement software measures such as access management and physical security precautions. If unlawful acquisition of personal data by third parties is detected, it will be reported immediately in writing and in accordance with legal regulations to the Personal Data Protection Board.
KEEPING PERSONAL DATA ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE
According to Article 4 of KVKK, our Company is obliged to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. In this context, to fulfill the existing legal obligations, our Customers must share and/or update their correct and current data via the website/mobile application.
RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER UNDER KVKK NO. 6698
Article 11 of KVKK No. 6698 came into force on October 7, 2016. According to this article, the Personal Data Owner's rights from this date forward are as follows: The Personal Data Owner may apply to our Company (data controller) concerning themselves and;
1. Learn whether personal data is processed or not,
2. Request information if personal data has been processed,
3. Learn the purpose of personal data processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
4. Know the third parties within Turkey or abroad to whom personal data is transferred,
5. Request correction if personal data is processed inaccurately or incompletely,
6. Request erasure or destruction of personal data within the conditions set forth in Article 7 of KVKK,
7. Request notification of third parties to whom personal data has been transferred regarding correction, deletion or destruction,
8. Object to the emergence of an unfavorable result for the person by analyzing the data exclusively through automated systems,
9. Request the compensation of damages in case personal data is unlawfully processed causing harm,
